Thomas Paul

“I love my new roof, it looks so good! Teak with brown drip edge. Crew was very professional and work was done within one full day. Cleaned up so well that you would not have even noticed any construction happened. Thank you!”

“I called Thomas Paul construction to replace a roof that was done by a large roofing company five years ago because it leaked. Not only was his price the lowest, but the people that work for him are very professional and understanding the needs that I needed to have this roof replaced. I would recommend them to anybody for any of your construction needs. Please call Thomas Paul construction they are one of the best.”

“Expectations were exceeded for sure. I was impressed by the careful attention to detail, the extra mile by painting the vent pipes to compliment the shingles. Every worker gave 100% the whole day. Completely impressed!”

“We needed a new roof. There was a leak in the garage. I got the estimates. Thomas Paul was the most reasonable. He called me when he said he would. He followed up. He showed up! Was he knowledgeable? YES! Was he experienced? YES! Was he professional? YES! Our roof replacement, from start to finish was as smooth as silk. The professional crew that replaced our roof worked like a well oiled machine. They had to replace plywood, flashing around the chimney, installing things to help rain, snow, water to flow off the roof to prevent the damage from occurring again. They did ALL of it in one day!! They left my property in pristine condition. Thomas is a man of integrity, who takes pride in his work. They did a “priceless” job for a VERY reasonable cost. I am so grateful we found him, you will be too!”

“I had a great experience with Thomas Paul Construction. The team was professional, reliable, and paid close attention to every detail from start to finish. The quality of the work really stands out, and they made the whole process smooth and stress free. Communication was clear throughout the project, and they delivered exactly what was promised, on time and with excellent craftsmanship. I would definitely recommend Thomas Paul Construction to anyone looking for dependable and high quality work.”

“Our roof was only 12 years old, but after a piece of siding blew off in a windstorm, I called Tom to fix it. He came over that night and checked the roof while he was up there. What he found was alarming—small holes, nails sticking out, and even a dangerously weak, water‑soaked section that wouldn’t have lasted another winter. Less than a week later, we had a brand‑new, safe, and sturdy roof. I can guarantee that he saved us THOUSANDS had he not took the time to check out our roof. His communication, hard work and speediness coupled with the quality and dedication to his work is extremely hard to find this day and age. Can’t recommend him enough.”

“Tom and his company is wonderful. My roof started leaking yesterday and he was here today. I needed a new ridge vent and he said I could probably get 5 more years out of my roof. Two other companies just wanted to replace the roof. He fixed my roof, a piece of fascia, sealed around the chimney and cleaned out my gutters. Everything was done in an hour! His professionalism and fast help was amazing! When I need a new roof I definitely know who I am calling!!”

“Just had my roof done yesterday, and the team did a wonderful job. Highly efficient and professional and the price was very reasonable. We are really happy with the results. Thanks!”

“From start to finish, Thomas Paul Construction was a pleasure to work with. They installed a roof on my home and went above and beyond. Thomas informed me of the problems and took care of them. He found a major leak near my chimney, fixed it all up and put brand new flashing around it. To top it all off his final bill after all the extra work was still lower than the price of just the roof from other companies. Don’t waste your time calling around for quotes, call Thomas Paul Construction and get your roof scheduled. You won’t regret it.”

“Did a great job on the roof. Very easy company to deal with.”

“I am extremely happy with my new roof from Thomas Paul Construction. I cannot believe how quick they were able to get to my house to complete the installation. Tom answered all of my questions and made the entire process very easy. They were also very professional, respectful and did great work on the roof and clean up. I would highly recommend Thomas Paul Construction for a fair and easy experience!”

“Got the roof done today by Thomas Paul Construction and they were wonderful to work with. Once we signed the contract he pulled the permit and they started work the next day. Thomas answered all 900 of my questions and assured me it would all be done properly. His quote was thousands of dollars less than even the lowest bid from 8 other estimates. Full removal and replacement with Owens Corning Black Onyx. It looks beautiful and the crew cleaned up all of the property. We will definitely be using them for future projects!”
